We work with a wide range of legacy media, including VHS, Hi8, MiniDV, Betamax, 8mm and Super 8 film, 16mm film, slides, negatives, audio cassettes, microcassettes, CDs, DVDs, and several uncommon or hard-to-identify formats. If you’re unsure what you have, bring it in—we can identify formats during drop-off. 

Yes. Every tape, film reel, photo, slide, audio recording, and disc is digitized in-house at our Calgary studio. Nothing is shipped or outsourced, so your originals remain secure and professionally handled from start to finish. 

Always. Once your digitizing is complete, your originals are returned to you along with your new digital files. We maintain careful tracking and handling throughout the process to ensure every item is accounted for. 

Yes. We offer full-colour disc printing, black text-only printing, and custom artwork options depending on your project needs.

Most tape and audio projects take 1–2 weeks. Standard film projects take 2–3 weeks, depending on reel length and condition. Larger archives or multi-box collections may require additional time. We provide a realistic timeline after reviewing your materials: no rushed work, no surprises.

We convert VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, 8mm, Digital8, MiniDV, Betamax, foreign formats such as PAL and SECAM, and several uncommon or professional tape types. If you are not sure what format you have, you can bring it to our Calgary studio for identification.
